Knoll Farm offers a 17.1 acre facility with an indoor arena, three large outdoor riding rings, dressage ring and a grass field. All riding rings are equipped with watering systems and dragged daily.

Spacious paddocks on grass, horses turned out seven days per week.

There are five boarding barns, all equipped with grooming cross ties, tack rooms and bathroom for boarders. The barns are open, airy and optional window stalls if available. Wash stalls are outdoors, covered and have hot and cold water.
